I’m a marketing manager at a retail appliance company.
What challenges were you trying to address with BullMetrix?
We needed help with everything related to advertising and social media marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At first, we hired BullMetrix as consultants. After that, we realized that we didn’t have the team to comply with the requirements they suggested, so we changed the project to a full service. They’ve been doing social media marketing for us using Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
What was the team composition?
I’ve been working directly with 2–3 members of their team, but I don’t know how many people from their team are involved in the project.
How did you come to work with BullMetrix?
They sent us an email offering their services, and we contacted them afterward.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since January 2019, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re delighted with their work. We still have a lot to do, but we’re happy so far. We’ve also seen growth in terms of traffic, turnover, and so on — they do a good job.
How did BullMetrix perform from a project management standpoint?
We have fluid communication via email and WhatsApp. We also have monthly meetings where we review numbers and progress. They also have a data studio to check our active campaigns, daily results, investment, and performance of our campaigns.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’ve had an excellent collaboration that has constantly been improving.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’d like to have more frequent meetings, but we talked about this already with them, and we’re about to program it.

They’re our digital marketing partner.

There were 3 people, one assigned to customer success, someone in charge of Google Ads and another person responsible for Facebook Ads.
How did you come to work with BullMetrix?
BullMetrix was already with the company when I started working here, so I don’t know what the selection process was exactly.
How much have you invested in them?
We spend about 1,000,000 Argentine pesos (approximately $12,200 USD) per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
I began working at the company in 2018, and BullMetrix was already supporting the company. We continue to work with them.

We have monthly goals according to our budget and will adjust over that. We always have a great cost over sales result with BullMetrix
How did BullMetrix perform from a project management standpoint?
BullMetrix always meets deadlines and provides great support. Our main communication channel is email, though we also used another communication system for some campaigns.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Our campaigns used to be pretty obsolete, and BullMetrix helped us update and restructure. It was a process that lasted for months but ended up giving great results.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could be more proactive in giving suggestions and bringing new ideas into the project.

I am the digital & e-commerce manager at a shoe production company.
What challenges were you trying to address with SmallCode?
We launched our e-commerce recently but we felt like our e-commerce and sales could grow beyond so we decided to stop working with the agency we were before to try a different approach, our main goal was to increase our conversion rate and generate more revenue via digital ads and digital marketing, without a very big increase in budget.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They used Google Adwords and Facebook Ads to redirect our ad budget and improve our digital marketing presence.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with 2 people.
How did you come to work with SmallCode?
I had worked with them on other projects before, we had worked together in another company too so knew how they worked and knew their skills and capacities so when we decided to switch agencies they seemed like a great option to me.
How much have you invested in them?
It changes according to how much we decide to invest in the ads, it's a proportional percentage.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started in January or February this year and continue our collaboration.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were able to see the growth since the first month. With the same budget we had been spending before, they managed to grow our sales by 30% by the first month and to about 60% by the second one with a little increase in budget.
So as the months passed by they were able to see continuous and important growth. At the moment we are seeing 400% more than we were this month last year, a lot of this has been thanks to their help.

Our communications were very fluid, they were able to adapt very quickly to our dynamics, that was very important for us.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were able to understand very quickly what we needed in order to increase our sales, they caught right away what we were doing wrong before and reverted it, thanks to that we’ve had such great results.

I really don't have anything negative to say about them.

I am the communications manager at an NGO. We’re a food bank.
What challenges were you trying to address with BullMetrix?
We hired them to design and implement our communications, social media, and digital marketing strategies. We were looking to grow our audience, measure results, and implement a continuous improvement strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They worked on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Additionally, they used a newsletter platform called PersistIQ.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a project manager, a content team, a creative team, and an analytics team.
How did you come to work with BullMetrix?
As part of our processes every year we pitch different agencies to compare our current services with the market offer. We don’t change agencies every year but we like to be aware of what is in the market. We worked with a company for three years and were not meeting our expected goals. During the next year’s pitch period we decided to change agencies.
We had heard of BullMetrix as they are well known in the local market and had sent us a proposal before. We ended up choosing them because our organization’s needs changed and we needed a company with a great deal of experience in metrics which is something they are very good at. They also satisfied our budget needs.

We have been working with them since January this year and it is a continuous collaboration.

We measure the results through our goals (user generation, following, conversion, visibility, reach) and they have met our expectations.
