The company is called Verishop and like all good ideas, we started Verishop out of a need. And what we needed was a more inspiring place to shop online, fast and free shipping, and an exciting way to discover new brands.
We basically took everything we loved, and improved everything we didn’t, to create a platform you’d actually want to shop on. Plus, we specialize in partnering with global and digitally native brands to really bring you the best of fashion, beauty, and home.

For what projects/services did your company hire DEVFLOW, and what were your goals?
We hired DEVFLOW to help us find a talented software engineer to help build out our e-commerce foundation work.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The team was extremely organized, responsive, and helpful throughout the recruiting process.

We asked DevFlow to help us find a strong engineer to help us build out our e-commerce foundation platform. We needed someone that can work independently, swiftly, and effectively.
They were able to provide a strong list of candidates and we were able to move forward with an extremely hardworking and talented engineer.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were two people, Martin who's the co-founder and Agustín who's the recruiter.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since our engineer has come on, the team has been able to move swiftly and effectively.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They created a helpful document to store all candidates with detailed notes that were extremely helpful. As far as timeliness and responsiveness they were always very on top of it.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The talent they were able to bring forward was impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement?
At times they wanted to move more quickly than we could due to our resource constraints. I think they could try to adopt a bit more about how their clients operate in specific situations.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the production manager at a software development & IT consulting services firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with DEVFLOW?
We hired DEVFLOW for staff augmentation services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We were looking to find developers with specific skills for projects that focused on Ajax methodology, using AngularJS, Node.js, DevOps, and JavaScript. The developers needed to be skilled in full-stack development, project management, and scrum methodology.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with one person, but there are four or five others involved.
How did you come to work with DEVFLOW?
We often receive proposals from different service providers. We really liked DEVFLOW’s, and it worked for us in terms of budget and other factors.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them at the beginning of 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Every project with them has had the expected results and a good return on investment. We were able to take over more projects and increase our working capacities. It was a great experience.
How did DEVFLOW perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is very fluid. We speak through phone calls or emails. As for communication tools, we also use Zoom, Jira, and G Suite technologies. Their follow-ups are also excellent.
What did you find most impressive about them?
DEVFLOW made us feel confident. They really care about understanding our needs, goals, and expectations. They always make sure to exceed them.
