Classification model for OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
Client: Local Society of Ophtalmologists
Development: in 2018 we developed a classification model for OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) of five retinal diseases (Ophtalmology). The development involved to re- train and tune Inception v3 pre-trained models and a python user interface.
Crop yield prediction
Client: Massive association of cereal producers
Development (ongoing project): from 2018 to the present, working for an Argentine farmers' association designing, training, evaluating and implementing models for: crop yield predictors (soybeans, corn, wheat and barley), zone-based management, pest and disease predictions for these four types of crops, nutrition deficit predictions and prediction of the moisture stress index of the crop canopy. I used optical satellite imagery and synthetic aperture radar imagery.
Predictive maintenance applications for MRO
Client: Aircraft manufacturer and maintenance company
Since 2019 (undergoing project) we are implementing a predictive maintenance applications for MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) mostly for flight systems and turbofan jet engines predicting components failures and RUL (remaining useful life) for each piece using LSTM algorithms.

Introduce your business and what you do there
I'm a digital transformation manager at a real estate development company.
What challenges were you trying to address with Dividato?
We had a digital transformation plan inside our company, so we assessed the areas that we needed to improve. We wanted to work in HR with documents storage, management, payments control, and others — all of these projects were manual, and we needed to digitize them and find a platform to optimize these processes.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We worked with Dividato in agile methodologies, cloud-based documents, storage, and migration of all the information into the new digital platform.

There were five people involved from their team.
How did you come to work with Dividato?
They were referred to us. We heard that their platform is excellent, flexible, cloud-based, and open APIs, which was important. Another important thing was the quality of their customer service. We chose them because they were knowledgeable about the local market, and they adapted to our needs with a competitive proposal.

This project was significant for us; it enabled us to trace every step of our HR processes, which greatly impacted every area of the company. It allows our employees to check their payment records and have their receipts stored on the cloud. It also has helped us move forward in our digital transformation process.

We mainly communicated via WhatsApp and email. We had a schedule to follow the implementation and every step of the status of the project. They were also trustworthy, flexible, and adapted to our dynamics.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their platform is excellent, they were always very close to us, and their team generated a sense of trust. Their agility to quickly solve any requests or doubts was also outstanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had to change the implementation plan at some point, but they were very flexible, so I don’t think I have anything negative to say about them.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dividato AI Software Development, and what were your goals?
We received a request from one of our customers for delivering an AI project. Due to its complexity we needed to add some AI experts to our team.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were in contact with Dividato since 2019 and we know they have a lot of experience with AI projects.

We started working together from the very beginning. Dividato's team was part of the initial discussion with the customer about the scope of the project. They also were part of the delivery team. The main tool used during the project was Tensorflow.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Two persons were part of our team. They worked first as business analysts and then they joined the delivery team one as an architect and the other as a senior developer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The final customer was really impressed by the experience and knowledge of the people involved. The project was delivered on time.

We had daily meetings with them and periodic communication using Slack.
