What challenges were you trying to address with The Fuzzy Fish?

We hired The Fuzzy Fish to support our digital transformation. We needed an update in terms of branding and everything related to the web, social networks, and e-commerce so we could position the brand on a younger market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project started with consulting. They did an analysis of what we have and what we needed. The Fuzz Fish provided mystery shopping, focus groups, and evaluation of our competition. Then, they rebranded our company starting with the logo and the brand manual based on their initial evaluation. We started working with the platforms, the website, our communication channels, and finally our social media.

They are well-known as one of the best companies in the country in terms of performance, skills, and creativity so they seemed like the obvious choice.

We have invested at least $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started collaborating with The Fuzzy Fish in December 2018 and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The results were great, we have increased our following and traffic exponentially. 

How did  The Fuzzy Fish perform from a project management standpoint? 

Their project management and communications are flawless. We have a monthly meeting where we make adjustments for the month and that has worked perfectly for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their creativity, project management, constant feedback, and proactivity is remarkable.

We needed someone to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our company website using WordPress. The project manager was in charge of receiving the information and getting back to us with proposals, the development of the website, the launch, and any changes we had to do after that.

They assigned a project manager who we discussed everything with. There were other people we spoke to involved in accounting for invoicing purposes.

We worked together from January–December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re pleased with the service we received. It’s a corporate website where we like to showcase what we do and what kind of products we have. It’s hard to tell how much of an impact it is for the business but the collaboration overall was very good. We’re pleased with what they did for us. 

We’re still in contact with them for changes and updates. We are going to keep doing business with them and recommend them to others.

How did The Fuzzy Fish perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email, chats, and phone calls. They were very responsive. Their team has a plan for everything they offered. When we got the quote, it was broken down into stages, and we had to achieve one stage before moving on to the other. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were dedicated to their work — we were very pleased with the engagement. They were professional and answered all of our needs in the way we expected. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, if we had to do something different, it’d be on our end. We should have done more of our homework to be ready for the type of process they were implementing in order to be successful. We, as a customer, were not ready for that.

DMI is a global technology solutions company that specializes in digital strategy, design, transformation and support. DCS, the area specialized in Commerce Solutions is the one I work on as Operations Manager. TFF provides services to that area

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted them through the "Cluster Cordoba" which is a group of technology companies. They offered the candidates profiles we were looking for and we started the engagement that way. They always offered good candidates from the technical and social/human point of view (which is very important for us)

All the projects were different but focused on e-commerce development. We received from TFF mainly developers who were included as part of our scrum teams and participated in all our development process. Technologies are mainly focused in JS, React, Node

We provided information about the resource need, they provided candidates and we interviewed them in the same way we interview any of our employees. Then, if the interview passes, we confirm them

We were able to complete our development team and deliver on time according to our committed contracts

IT was as good as having any of our developers working in the project. They adapted very well and started working really quickly on the project assignments

As mentioned before, they provided good candidates in the technical and social area

I think the company should work on requesting more feedback about the resources' performance in order to work with the person and improve

The key deliverables exceeded our expectations. The product in terms of functionality and design was excellent.

the company is unique for its team

Promedon is an international medical device company. My position is Branding and Communications Manager.

We developed together a new website, and a Commercial Network for registered users with many functions.

What were your goals for this project?

To position our products worldwide, and to open an exclusive engagement space with our commercial reps around the world.

How did you select this vendor?

I talked to 5 digital agencies and quoted the project with all of them. Fuzzy Fish was the most reliable, most efficient in terms of budget and the owners are great professionals and specialists on the field.

What was the team composition?

During the period we developed the project, The Fuzzy Fish grew up and the amount of people involved changed. but I guess at least 6 people worked for it. The partners are very professional and they lead the project and team all the time. I trust 100% on them.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We started from zero, we did not have another website like this before. So metrics are good but I can't compare to previous. Our commercial team around the world qualified with a 100 /100 the services we offer in the site. Also, we know have information about sales rep that we didn't know, and the site is used everyday by them. The performance is amazing.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The fuzzy Fish and I built together a great team and I am very happy to keep working with them. They took every comment I did and even changed internal issues that I pointed out.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Firstly, I appreciate that the owners are specialist on the field. They really understand what you need and how to make it work. They are also very flexible, empathic and friendly. So it is always a pleasure to work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The budgeting process could be faster. But I understand they want to analyze the project well before giving you a number.
