First, we had to identify the process that our company had for registering new customers. Before, our problem was that when a customer wanted to access our sales portal, it could take up more time to create users. This manual process required multiple verifications and approvals until the customer was validated. Inclusion Cloud's experience with RPA implementations helped us to reduce the process of automating customer registration and the respective validation of information from different regions to 1 day, or a matter of hours.

The selection process was fast: they achieved to present candidates within 15 days, the corresponding technical interviews were conducted and the hiring process was finalized. Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Nowadays, a new client that is registered in PCC is associated to our CUC in a period no longer than 10 minutes. In case this client does not exist within SAP, it should be configured in less than 30 minutes. And finally, we receive a record or list of all the accounts created during the day with their respective account in our portal in less than 8 hours
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow is simple, we apply the waterfall methodology and have internal working sessions to discuss progress, and validate functionality for testing with the business.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The team was easy to work with and adaptable to the needs that arose during the project. They had a very good disposition focused on solutions. Good attention to the requests expressed by the business.
