I’m a manager for a management company for artists, primarily music artists.
What challenge were you trying to address with InPulse Digital?
We needed a partner to work with our Latin artists in the digital world.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their team organizes and creates campaigns to promote artists in the digital space. The promotion typically involves social media and all major music platforms. These campaigns center around specific projects, singles, and artists’ portfolios. Their team buys media and helps with websites too.
What is the team composition?
The size of the team varies and can be as extensive as needed. For an artist, there are generally 5–6 key people on the team.
How did you come to work with InPulse Digital?
I researched online and came across their CEO. He sent me an impressive presentation and then we had a number of talks afterward.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost varies depending on the services an artist requires. In total, we’ve probably spent $50,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in 2017, and our work’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We determine success on a number of factors including an increase in artists' social numbers and reach of a campaign. Their team surpasses our expectations. We're happy internally with their work.
How did InPulse Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
InPulse Digital’s incredibly good with deadlines. Their team reaches over and beyond. If we need something, they’ll make it happen even if it isn't part of their initial responsibilities. Their team’s accessible.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I value their clarity and honesty. I simply like how InPulse Digital does business. Diego’s (CEO and Founder) strong but not aggressive. He’s always honest, which I appreciate.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not at the moment. They know what they’re doing, and they do it well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Compare a few different shops. everyone tends to promise the same but it's all about what they provide. If an offer is too good to be true then most likely it's just that - not true. Diego will always be honest about what he can and cannot provide for the price.
The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars for everything is I think everyone can always get better. Although InPulse is impeccable, I know they will find ways to continually improve

I’m the senior director of audience development for Sony Music US Latin.
What challenge were you trying to address with InPulse Digital?
Nowadays, there’s a high number of releases every week, and social media’s key to each release. We lacked the ability to fully dedicate the time each platform, profile, and property deserved. We needed a partner to bring an extra set of hands to service our properties.
What was the scope of their involvement?
InPulse provides services related to the digital space, including content creation and community management. They create assets for the Sony Music Latin properties including our website, Facebook, and Twitter. Their team produces ads and edits videos. Artists often have specific requests for assets. They help us create requested assets.
When fans engage with content, their team replies according to our voice. If we have an idea that we can’t get out there, they’ll help to brainstorm how to translate what we want to say in a way that’s relatable to the audience.
What is the team composition?
I directly communicate with Diego (CEO and Founder). They have 4–6 other people on the team including copywriters, designers, and account managers. When we have a special event, they add people accordingly.
How did you come to work with InPulse Digital?
Our company worked with InPulse before I came on board. I had the option to continue the partnership or not. In less than a couple of weeks, it was clear that continuing the partnership was the right decision.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in September 2014, and the engagement’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When I started, we implemented a zero-mistake tolerance policy. This meant that I couldn’t receive a call from a manager reporting a mistake in their content. In six years, I’ve never received a call from a manager. They’re keen to detail.
It’s important that we promote accurate information because InPulse uses Sony’s and artists’ voices. We give them creative freedom because we trust that their team respects our zero-mistake policy.
When we have specific campaigns, they deliver on engagement, reach, and conversions. They exceed our expectations.
How did InPulse Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been splendid about adding resources when we have special events. Their team turns products around in amazing timelines. We work in a different world when it comes to consumption and artists dictate timelines. InPulse is flexible and meets deadlines. Their team will work hard and extra hours to deliver.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We may be using an artist’s voice, so details are important to us. Sony’s the artist’s home, and InPulse has become part of that culture. They respect that home just as they respect their home. As we’re dealing with talent, their attention to detail and warmth are crucial qualities to us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They improved their graphic design capabilities. In the beginning, they were a little slow to catch up on trends. Their team quickly adapted to industry advancements, which our feedback encouraged. They listened and didn’t hesitate to take our advice and improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Sit down and talk with them to pick their brain. Challenge them to bring new ideas to the table. Push them to the limit and they’ll deliver.

I’m the former head of marketing for Food Network Latin America.
What challenge were you trying to address with InPulse Digital?
We were trying to launch our digital footprint into over 24 countries where the brand was non-existent.
What was the scope of their involvement?
InPulse Digital crafted, alongside us, a launch strategy for the region not just for consumers, but also for specialized media. They also created visual content — static imagery and short-form video — in order for us to curate our social media presence.
The team managed our Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. Not only did they develop a content strategy for fan acquisition and retention, but they also became publishers for us. They also managed the media buying strategy.
What is the team composition?
We worked with five teammates, including an account executive, a couple of creatives, and a media buying strategist.
How did you come to work with InPulse Digital?
I sent out an RFP to the top agencies. InPulse Digital was recommended by someone who had previously worked with them. Along with four other agencies, I gave them a brief of what my expectations were.
InPulse Digital came in with the strongest pitch. They understood the business needs and came in with a strategy that was in line with that.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement began in April 2015. I left the company in July 2018, but they continued the work. I believe they are still working with my former organization in a different scope.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We received an incredible amount of engagement from all of our social platforms. The quality of the creative was very high. In fact, our creative was so good that it was re-versioned by the rest of the international team.
How did InPulse Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was great. InPulse Digital was always on time and I never had any issues whatsoever. We always communicated in-person, via email, and over the phone. I used them as an extension of my team.
So, we had regular status calls every week and we also had in-person and video meetings regularly. Additionally, we had annual yearly review and planning meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive element about them was the quality of their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no suggestions. I was very happy.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Sit down and write down your brief with as much detail as possible. Have meetings with them prior to having them pitch the idea to make sure that InPulse Digital understands the brief.
