Introduce your business and what you do there
I'm a project manager at a consulting firm.
What challenges were you trying to address with Ketos-Delphin?
We needed someone to help us implement SAP software into our processes.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ketos-Delphin produced custom code that added our desired functionalities directly to our SAP software.
What was the team composition?
The number of teammates we worked with varied. At the peak of the project, there were 5–6 developers assigned to the project. However, during the last few phases, only two developers were working on the development.
How did you come to work with Ketos-Delphin?
Someone referred them to us.Â
How much have you invested in them?
We spent between $10,000–$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from March 2019–May 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their work was very technical, so we measured their success by looking at their ability to meet deadlines and implement changes quickly. They did a great job.
How did Ketos-Delphin perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was excellent. We mainly communicated via email and used our own project management tool.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Ketos-Delphin was flexible — we were quickly able to adjust the number of resources working on the project. That was something that we couldn't do with other development agencies.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Some of their reports could've been more detailed and better presented. However, they were a good team overall.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Set clear goals and deadlines and define your metrics well. If you do all that, the project will be successful.

Deskside Support for Major Technology Company
"The cost savings we’ve had with them are really impressive to me."

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a general procurement manager for an international technology company. I manage all the purchases for the Latin American region, specifically those related to IT, marketing, and real estate. The company has three major focuses: computers, cloud services, and mobile phones.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ketos-Delphin?
We needed to replace our onsite deskside support team. It was difficult to find a provider that could offer the experience we required at the price point we wanted.Â
What was the scope of their involvement?
We brought them on to provide this deskside support. For the first five years of the engagement, they provided us with one to four resources to work at our Argentia office. In 2019, we included them in a global RFP for deskside support services. As a part of this RFP, they expanded their services to cover our entire Latin American region.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with Pablo (HR Analyst). In total, they provide 15 team members for this project.
How did you come to work with Ketos-Delphin?
I received a recommendation from one of our internal deskside support team members. They knew that Ketos-Delphin had worked with other major vendors.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent almost $800,000 with them since the beginning of the engagement.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since June 2014.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When they started working with us, they only provided us with one resource. Since then, through the deskside support contracts and other contracts they’ve won through RFPs we’ve invited them to participate in, they’ve grown their presence in our company to 50 resources. On the procurement side, we also run supplier performance evaluations to evaluate their cost, serviceability, innovation, and adherence to contract terms. All their evaluations have been positive so far. Both of these points demonstrate how valuable their team is to us. I’d be happy to continue working with them, whether in my position at this company or in any other capacity.
How did Ketos-Delphin perform from a project management standpoint?
Pablo handles the bulk of our project management, but they also have local account managers assigned to our different locations. They’re pretty flexible, so we can reach out to different departments of theirs as needed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The cost savings we’ve had with them are really impressive to me. They’ve always been below the benchmarks for our historical spend when we bring them new business. However, the low price point doesn’t come with a subpar level of service. They provide excellent service, as they’re focused on building a reputation so they can continue to grow their business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I haven’t had any issues so far, but they’re still a small company that’s expanding. If they can keep their flexibility as they grow, they can definitely avoid problems down the road.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’d simply recommend they work with them. They’re a fiscally healthy company, so you can trust them with your business.
Equipped with the necessary expertise, Ketos-Delphin completed the highly technical project. Their great project management allowed them to adhere to deadlines and make any requested modifications quickly. The flexible team was also willing to adjust the number of assigned developers as needed.
