Punto Rojo provides us with deliverables of the implementations per month that we are going to develop. This is due to the analysis carried out to achieve the optimal SEO positioning results. In our case, it is to power the website as well as the Blog. it is a daily work of improvements and opportunities.

We directly work with the account executive and the SEO specialist. In turn, Punto Rojo has more areas such as editors for example. I do not know the structure of the agency but they are always providing a solution to our problems

Yes, Today our organic channel of the site in the second of more sales. Every time it is reaching the paid channel and it is excellent that that happens. The traffic of January-September 2020 vs the previous year grew by 218.35% and the conversion rate 194% Excellent. They understand the needs of the business and work for it. We managed to be a team between the agency and the company.

We handle ourselves by mail, we have whatsapp contact with the account executive for any emergency. We also have our monthly reporting meetings. Every Friday we get a minute of the week and the progress made

Kick off meetings were necessary to convey the needs of our business and establish the work strategy. In-house training was carried out with different teams and involved areas of the company (design, content, marketing and commercial).
We have continuous feedback regarding doubts and queries from our external development agency as well as clear guidelines for the implementation of weekly tasks that include changes to the site.

We have the follow-up and support of the client experience team permanently. Through this team, we channel doubts, queries and all the work that is done weekly.

We worked with Punto Rojo twice to organically position various keywords related to our industry. We also engaged them for a brand and domain change, a total success they completed without a loss in SEO traffic.

We conducted a series of initial meetings to align our objectives. From there, the Punto Rojo team began to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, such as finding relevant keywords for our targets, surveying our site and content, and implementing link-building strategies. We then collaborated on site changes, content generation, and link creation. Weekly follow-up meetings produced discussions regarding new ideas, feasibility, and possible execution. Punto Rojo also offered several SEO trainings throughout the process for our content team and frontend developers.
What was the team composition?
A dedicated account executive was present at every meeting, with three to six people, including SEO and content technicians, participating in daily follow-ups and idea generation.

While some keywords were ranking well, they were losing relevance for our target audience and we decided to refocus on new, primarily long tail, keywords. Although the original keywords ended up with bad or nonexistent rankings, many new ones ended up with a top three ranking in different countries.

They are very engaged and provided immediate, often same-day, responses, especially to urgent queries. A technician was available via Skype to solve any issues within the hour.

In addition to their professionalism and fantastic results, Punto Rojo’s proactive approach exceeded my expectations. They were constantly generating new ideas and pushing for us to improve.
